Group Classes
My classes are taught from my garden studio in Saltdean and are welcoming and beneficial to all, including those who have injuries or are managing pain or discomfort.
Starting with what feels easy, movements are broken down to be explored and improved and we build from there. These practices feel good, can bring relief to the body and soothe the nervous system.
Be amazed by what your body can do in the right conditions and without any struggle.
All classes are pre-booked and paid in a months block or if you’d like to come along for a taster class feel free to get in touch and book a session in.

One to One Teaching
I regularly teach 1-1 sessions which can be designed to suit you and at a time that works best.
You can learn this way either weekly, bi - weekly or monthly ( contact me for more information and block booking discounts).
These can be especially helpful for those who have injury or pain or for anyone who would like a more individualised approach in a peaceful space.
