Group Classes
My classes are taught from my garden studio in Saltdean and are welcoming and beneficial to all, including those who have injuries or are managing pain or discomfort.
Starting with what feels easy, movements are broken down to be explored and improved and we build from there. These practices feel good, can bring relief to the body and soothe the nervous system.
Be amazed by what your body can do in the right conditions and without any struggle.
All classes are pre-booked and paid in a months block or if you’d like to come along for a taster class feel free to get in touch and book a session in.

One to One Teaching
I regularly teach 1-1 sessions which can be designed to suit your individual needs. These can be very beneficial to those working with injury or pain.

Many enjoy the benefits of individual sessions and peace and quiet so much that they continue to learn this way each week/ bi-weekly or monthly.
Equally they are frequently booked by beginners who would like to get a feel for yoga before joining a group. These sessions can be at a time that suits you
