About Me
After qualifying with the London Yoga Teacher Training Group in 2013, I began teaching sessions to a handful of friends . From those first few weeks and months, the word spread and things steadily grew.
My Yoga practice continues to evolve and looks different to the one I began in my early twenties when it was rushing through as much as possible and stretching beyond what was actually helpful!
Since then, inspired by my own long standing teachers, Pete Blackaby and Lisa McRory I trained to teach and became more interested in movement patterns and supporting nervous system regulation.
With Yoga at its core, this practice is central to, and supportive of all aspects of my life and I enjoy sharing it with a wide variety of people of all ages.
One of the things I’m most proud of is that my classes have grown mainly through recommendation. Each class becomes a community and friendships are formed. I look forward to welcoming you soon,
