What is a Scaravelli approach to Yoga?
Hi, I’m Ellie and I’ve been teaching my Yoga classes from my studio in Saltdean for around twelve years after I trained in Scaravelli inspired Yoga. My classes may feel different to other traditional forms of yoga as the focus is on quality of movement rather than stretching or long holds of poses.
