The extended Sunday yoga afternoon is back on at the studio on Sunday March 24th @4.30-6.15 pm
These relaxing sessions combine the usual blend of movement, breath work and meditation with a little longer to explore things more deeply or try something new for your yoga practice.
This session has a focus on hands and feet and how we can use them to find more potential for movement, focus and relaxation.
