Small Group Yoga Classes

Set in a light and peaceful  garden studio, these classes can help you to step away from the  rush and slow down. Here you can practice stress- free Yoga using body weight, breath and gravity.

improve your range of movement, strength, co-ordination without struggle. . Suitable for everyone, including beginners or those recovering from injury and beneficial to all.

Method

I am inspired by my Scaravelli based yoga training and the Feldenkrais Method which I began practicing alongside yoga several years ago. Both these approaches have an emphasis on the individual and encourage us to find smooth, efficient movements that reduce strain and stress on the body.

Mentor

I am a mentor for yoga teacher trainees on the London Yoga Teacher Training Course where I completed my own two year training with Distinction in 2012
