Sunday 20th July 8.45am- 3.30pm
Come & join us for a relaxed day combining Yoga, breath work and swim coaching to take your swimming and enjoyment of the water to the next level.
Especially for those who wind up feeling exhausted or struggling with their breathing when swimming. We have a particular focus on front crawl but as we are a small group ( max 7 people) breaststroke is also welcome if that’s your thing.

Itinerary
8.45am Meet @ Saltdean lido
Meet, chat and change for a swim (we have a dedicated lane).
We'll have plenty of time for a Q&A and Emma, our Open Water Swim Coach, can have a look at your stroke.
Then it's shower, grab a coffee and relax by the pool.
10.15 -10.30 Meet @ Yoga studio in Bannings Vale, Saltdean.
Time to relax, move and breathe with a blend of Yoga & somatic movement tailored to support your swimming.
12pm - 12.45pm Lunch
Bring a packed lunch or feel free to go and grab something. All welcome to eat together out in the garden or studio.
12.45- 1.30pm Guided Breath work and Relaxation
1.45pm- 2pm Meet @Saltdean Beach
Guided coaching and sea swim (or dip!) where you can put into practice what you’ve learned during the day & enjoy the water.
In the unlikely event that the sea is deemed unsafe for swimming, there will be more time for Q&A and a chance to get even more tips and guidance.

Please note that wetsuits are absolutely welcome if you prefer to use one!
3.15-3.30pm Finish.
